Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Make Me → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Make Me never charges you directly — Apple handles the billing.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Approval is at Apple's discretion under their refund policy.
The shield isn't blocking my apps.
Check that Screen Time access is granted: Settings → Screen Time → make sure it's on, then in-app go to Make Me Settings to confirm the app selection is saved. If the issue persists, force-quit Make Me and relaunch — the system reapplies the shield on next foreground.
The camera isn't counting my pushups.
Make sure the front camera has a clear view of you and adequate light. Try a different position relative to the phone (chest visible, full range of motion). If automatic counting doesn't work for your setup, you can enter reps manually from the same screen.
My balance / streak / history disappeared.
If you're signed in to iCloud and CloudKit sync is healthy, your data restores automatically when you reinstall or move to a new iPhone. If you don't see it after a minute or two, email us with your install's anonymous diagnostic ID (Settings → About → Diagnostics in the app).
How do I delete my data?
Delete the Make Me app — it removes the local sandbox. To also wipe the iCloud copy, go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Make Me → Delete Data.
